What is The Lunar Whisper?
The Lunar Whisper is an educational astrology platform designed to help you understand patterns, cycles, and themes in your life. It is not a prediction service. It offers clarity and orientation, not certainty about outcomes.
How is my reading personalized?
Every reading from Tier 2 onward is built from four things specific to you: your date of birth, your time of birth, your place of birth, and your current location. All four shape what you receive each day. No two subscribers receive the same reading.
Is my reading the same as others with my zodiac sign?
No. From Tier 2 onward, your reading is built from your personal birth chart, not your sign category. Subscribers who share your sun sign receive completely different readings. What arrives for you was written for your chart and your life specifically.
Is anything included with my subscription?
Yes. The Signal (Tier 2) is included complimentary with the Bundle. If you subscribe to The Seer or The Lunar Path individually, The Signal is not included.
How does The Lunar Whisper calculate planetary positions?
Planetary positions are calculated using Swiss Ephemeris, the same precision engine used by professional astrologers worldwide. It calculates positions accurately to fractions of a degree using the same data as NASA JPL. No estimation is involved.
What if I do not know my birth time?
Your birth time helps identify your rising sign and precise house placements, which adds depth to your reading. If you do not know your birth time, your reading is still meaningful and accurate. You can add your birth time later if you discover it.
Why does The Lunar Whisper ask for my current location?
Your current location affects which planetary energies are most active for you right now. The sky looks slightly different depending on where you are standing on the earth. If you travel or move, you can update your current location anytime and your readings adjust accordingly.
How does my chart show up in my daily reading?
Every day, two things meet: where the sky is right now and where your specific chart sits. Some days the sky touches a powerful place in your chart and that part of you becomes the lens for your day. Other days the sky touches a quieter place and the underlying pattern of your chart carries the reading. Each reading focuses on what is most activated for you specifically, which means no two days feel the same, even when subscribers share similar transits. Your chart features (your sect, the way your planets cluster across the sky, the aspects from your planets to the angles of your chart, the dispositor chains that route your energy, and any aspect patterns your chart contains) all live in the background of every reading and surface when today's sky calls them forward.
Which matters more, my birth information or my current location?
Both matter but in different ways. Your birth data is your foundation. It describes your core patterns, your emotional nature, and the lens through which you experience the world. Your current location adds real-time precision. Think of your birth chart as the map and your current location as the pin showing where you are on that map today.
Why do readings include reflection and journal questions?
The short answer: because reading alone creates awareness, but writing about it creates change. The research shows that identifying patterns is the first step, but writing about them is what makes the change real and lasting. The Lunar Whisper tracks your entries over time and will surface patterns you may not be able to see yourself, which is the longitudinal benefit no other astrology platform offers.
Do I have to answer the reflection and journal questions?
No. Some days the reading is enough. Some days a question will not resonate and that is fine. The questions are always optional. You can turn them off in Settings. The window is always open. You step through it when you are ready.
How do the reflection and journal questions differ across subscription tiers?
The Signal (Tier 2) delivers a personalized daily reading without reflection or journal prompts. At The Seer (Tier 3), questions are drawn from the themes of your daily reading, designed to help you sit with what surfaced and take it one step further into your own experience. At The Lunar Path (Tier 4), questions go deeper into the emotional and lunar work, helping you understand what the moon is asking of you beneath the surface. You can opt out of reflection and journaling at any time through Settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access continues in full until that date. No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused time.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Upgrades: you receive a prorated credit for unused days on your current plan applied toward your upgrade. You pay the difference for the remaining days of the billing period and your new rate starts the next billing cycle. Downgrades: your change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time on your current plan.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The Sky is free and requires only an email address. You receive a daily general reading based on your zodiac sign. No birth data or credit card required.
How many accounts can I have?
One account per person. The Lunar Whisper readings are built for one individual and are not intended to be shared or used across multiple identities.
Is astrology a prediction service?
No. The Lunar Whisper is an educational platform. Astrology describes patterns, cycles, and themes. It does not predict specific events or outcomes. Everything offered here is intended for personal reflection and self-exploration.
