How is my reading personalized?
Every reading from Tier 2 onward is built from four things specific to you: your date of birth, your time of birth, your place of birth, and your current location. All four shape what you receive each day. No two subscribers receive the same reading.
Is my reading the same as others with my zodiac sign?
No. From Tier 2 onward, your reading is built from your personal birth chart, not your sign category. Subscribers who share your sun sign receive completely different readings. What arrives for you was written for your chart and your life specifically.
Is anything included with my subscription?
Yes. The Signal (Tier 2) is included complimentary with all paid subscriptions at The Whisper (Tier 3) and above. If you subscribe to The Whisper, The Lunar Path, or The Seer, you receive The Signal as part of your access at no additional cost.
How does The Lunar Whisper calculate planetary positions?
Planetary positions are calculated using Swiss Ephemeris, the same precision engine used by professional astrologers worldwide. It calculates positions accurately to fractions of a degree using the same data as NASA JPL. No estimation is involved.
What if I do not know my birth time?
Your birth time helps identify your rising sign and precise house placements, which adds depth to your reading. If you do not know your birth time, your reading is still meaningful and accurate. You can add your birth time later if you discover it.
Why does The Lunar Whisper ask for my current location?
Your current location affects which planetary energies are most active for you right now. The sky looks slightly different depending on where you are standing on the earth. If you travel or move, you can update your current location anytime and your readings adjust accordingly.
Which matters more, my birth information or my current location?
Both matter but in different ways. Your birth data is your foundation. It describes your core patterns, your emotional nature, and the lens through which you experience the world. Your current location adds real-time precision. Think of your birth chart as the map and your current location as the pin showing where you are on that map today.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access continues in full until that date. No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused time.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Upgrades: you receive a prorated credit for unused days on your current plan applied toward your upgrade. You pay the difference for the remaining days of the billing period and your new rate starts the next billing cycle. Downgrades: your change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time on your current plan.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The Sky is free and requires only an email address. You receive a daily general reading based on your zodiac sign. No birth data or credit card required.
How many accounts can I have?
One account per person. The Lunar Whisper readings are built for one individual and are not intended to be shared or used across multiple identities.
